ABOUT THE CLIENT
Founder, JIM CLARK
Jim Clarke has over 30 years experience in the software industry focused on application integration, CRM, and ERP applications. He co-founded Scribe Software in 1996 to tackle the challenges of integration between CRMs and other business applications. Later, he founded Customer Sync and has helped hundreds through the complex integrations between their business apps.
Jim reached out after finding us on Google to help him with his first website using Squarespace. He wanted to be able to easily edit and maintain it himself after the initial creation. He was looking for a site that was professional and effective.
After discussing more of Jim’s needs on a zoom call he realized he also wanted to add on a basic brand and copywriting strategy session to his initial project.

About the process
AN UPDATED BRAND
First, we helped Jim get clear on the style he was wanting and how he wanted his business to be portrayed through his branding. Jim wanted a simple, bold and professional look.
He already had a logo he had been using, but wanted it to be updated.
THE WEBSITE PROCESS
Jim had tried to build his first Squarespace site himself, but reached out after having trouble figuring out the content needed and how to make it flow in a way the user could understand. Not to mention, the design of it.
We first helped Jim write and organize the content of his website so that the viewer could easily find the information they were looking for.
Once we knew the content, we started his homepage mockup design to make sure he was happy with the design direction we were taking his new Squarespace website.
Once Jim approved the design, we moved on to building out the rest of his pages in Squarespace.
THE RESULT

Jim now has professional, simple and easy-to-use custom Squarespace website that he has FULL control over. On his launch and learn session at the end of her project we showed him how to add and change out text and images, create new pages, blog in Squarespace etc.
